2024-25 House League Player Request

House League Tie-To Player Request Form

BCGHA HL Parents can request to place their daughter on the same team as another player. Consideration will be given if the following conditions are met:

Each player is allowed only ONE request per season
Each player must submit a completed Tie-To Request Form in order for the request to be administered
The Tie-to request must be reciprocated. This means both players must complete this form, requesting each other
Coach requests will not be accepted or permitted

Due to team balancing, the BCGHA cannot guarantee that all player tie-to requests can be accommodated, however, we will make every effort to keep requested players together. BCGHA has the right to refuse a player request.

Deadline: September 28th, 2024. No requests after deadline date.
