Resumption of Activities
Beginning Monday January 3, 2022, all teams will return to their regularly scheduled activities. All events will continue as scheduled unless otherwise mandated by the Province, City, Public Health Unit or OWHA. As this is still a fluid situation, please understand that changes could be announced suddenly.
Monday night development is scheduled to begin again on January 10, 2022 as originally planned. Rising Stars and Friday night House League development return on January 7, 2022.
Note: As of January 4th, all visitors ages 12 years and older will be required to use their enhanced vaccine certificate with an official QR code. Vaccine receipts without a QR code will no longer be accepted as valid proof of vaccination. Those born in 2010 will have 12 weeks from their 12th birth date to be fully vaccinated in order to enter recreational facilities. This includes the 14 days following the second dosage. As well, as noted in our last article, effective January 10, 2022, medical exemption letters will no longer be accepted for entry.
We ask that you remain vigilant in following Covid-19 protocols. Please ensure masks are worn at all times in the arena (including the change rooms) and if you are not feeling well, stay home. With reduced capacity limits, we are requesting that only one parent accompany each player into our facilities while we await further clarification from the City of Brampton. This is to ensure that all families are able to support their child, as well as promoting a safe return to hockey for all our athletes.
