As of November 1, 2021, proof of vaccination will be required for all visitors 12 years of age and older entering City of Brampton Recreation Centres.
On October 15, Peel Public Health announced that all individuals 12 years of age and older must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination status to access recreational facilities starting November 1, 2021. This will apply to all participants and spectators in recreation centres, including youth, coaches, instructors, caregivers, volunteer and game officials.
Indoor sports venues in Peel region have been identified as locations of concern which have been driving transmission of COVID-19. This current update is consistent with other municipalities and will help to protect Peel`s active youth sports community.
