2021-2022 Season Update
Submitted By admin on Thursday, July 8, 2021
Canadette families,

We hope you are all staying safe and enjoying the summer weather.  As Ontario moves closer to a full re-opening, know that we are actively working behind the scenes towards our 2021-2022 season.  With that, we are taking an optimistic approach that we will have some type of return to normalcy.

Currently, we are awaiting further direction from the OWHA, Hockey Canada, Peel Public Health and the City of Brampton as to timelines that will allow a return to on ice activities.  Many of our facilities are presently being used as vaccination center's, but we hope to have a clearer picture soon as to when they will have ice installed and return to public use.  We know that tryouts for Rep teams were moved to the Fall because of COVID, but we do not yet have any confirmed dates as to when those may begin.  With no start dates having yet been determined, it is difficult to say with certainty what the upcoming season will look like.

Your executive committee is committed to getting players, staff and volunteers back on the ice safely as soon as permitted.  We are planning to open our registration portal very soon and we will add another update as soon as that is ready.  We thank you for your patience and understanding.
